Yes it is Ice, made using a mold.

No offense to anyone, but I'm tired of repeating my process, you can go to my older post involving Ice and Hot glue molds. to Find out more info ;3

Its suppose to look like Vaporeon is using acid armor, lol besides I find Glaceon pointless since Vaporeon can use Ice attacks as well XB
