in Photoshop there should be a fade option located in your edit drop down box.

Thanks i saw that. I don't know why the option was grey, but it worked with keyword shortcuts.

I used photoshop CS2 as long as you have a Liquify tool, in your filters. you should be fine.

I'm pretty sure it does; at least, Elements 7.0 (what I used to use) does. Just go to Filters -> Liquify if I remember correctly and it should be there :D
