I have a serious question to ask, I'm thinking Of starting my General education through SCAD online this Fall, while also working my full time job to save up to go to the campus.

I'm unsure how well this will work out, but i have to use my Dads GI bill before I turn 26. So I thought I would try to get some of the General Ed out of the way using that.

Idk..Would this be a good idea, or would it be a insane thing to do while working my full time job.

have any of you guys tried this before?

It's possible, yes, but don't overdue it. Your class schedule really depends on you personally- if you can survive on little sleep you can do several night classes at a time while working full time if they don't require TOO much outside work. I don't recommend taking more than 3 classes at a time if you're going to work.
Also a handy tool, if your professors are on www.ratemyprofessors.com/ you can use that website to get a feel for how difficult a class will be (but that's only if someone has listed professors for your school and students left comments). This isn't always perfectly accurate but it can help you know ahead of time if a class is gonna be 5 hours a week of outside work or 20 hours. It's saved my butt a couple of times with professors and finding out who was best to take for a certain class.
