Warning about specialproducts2007

Journal Entry: Mon Jul 23, 2012, 8:05 PM

This is a warning to people that Order Faux fur, Do not order from specialproducts2007 on ebay!

my friends experiences with them.

Their pictures were inaccurate of the fur.

and made the fur look better than it was. They acted all nice saying I could get a refund and that they'd buy it back from me. So i posted it and they did buy it, but never paid. Ignored me for a week after i sent 3 private messages asking for payment. After a week they told me they can't pay me because they are from Israel and i am from America when we are using paypal. not only that but they
ask me to contact eBay and ask eBay to help THEM with THEIR problems which sound made up.

As for me they wouldn't respond to me asking them about swatches.

also looking back at their history they use to sale SPA things, that's kinda odd.

Hi there! I am so happy a friend directed me to this journal, I have seen their fur up and thought several times about buying from them, thank you so much for the feedback!

No problem, I think there should really be a buyers beware for faux fur fabric sellers.

I barely trust ebay at all anyways. Too many other rip-offs as well.

Thanks for this! I was looking into their fabrics recently. Good thing I didn't buy.

File a claim through ebay.. You will definitely win this case by stating the product wasn't as described. You paid with paypal so you can easily get your money back.

Idk if Kit can, becase she isn't 18, and her parents are not good with computers =c

Hate to butt in here, but I don't think being 18 will make a huge difference, as long as if PayPal asks, the parents say they were using it. XD

If you file a claim, it will at least notify the seller first about the issue, and if they don't do anything to fix the issue, it gets moved up to a dispute and PayPal makes a decision on what's the issue and if you get a refund and etc.

The one problem is that you only have 45 days after sending payment to file a claim.

Just put a complaint on PayPal. :3 You will get the money back for not receiving what you ordered.
I had this too once, but with someone else. They sent me the wrong size of fur and color (Shorter pile and less than a yard) and didn't want to change it on their costs, even after 5 messages they didn't mail me back so I just put a complaint against them on PayPal and got my money back. ;u;
